Product return policy
By choosing EVASOTA, you can expect to receive original, high-quality products. Product returns, exchanges, or replacements are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”.
Approval of templates before production
In accordance with EVASOTA’s operating procedures, before each order is processed, a manager agrees with the customer on the templates that will be used to manufacture the set. By confirming a specific template, the customer accepts responsibility for the shape of the finished set. At the same time, our company is always ready to consider requests for the replacement or modification of received products. The final decision is made by the company individually in each case.
Products made to individual specifications
The list of goods of proper quality that are not eligible for exchange or return is established by Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994.
Materials cut to the customer’s size
The list includes non-food products, including leather goods sold by length, as well as materials cut to dimensions specified by the buyer or customer.
EVA car mats made using individual templates
Since EVA car mats are manufactured to individual dimensions using templates approved by the customer, such products are not eligible for exchange or return.
